Getting to know you...

Survey time!  I've been tagged by Mariah of Mariah Smile to answer the questions below.

1. What is your favorite book(s) of all time?

Easy, Little Women. I have an old hardback copy passed down to me from my grandmother.  I don't remember when I read it for the first time, but I would guess around 10 and since then it's very possible I've read it 50 more times.  I think every young girl should read it at least once and if I have a daughter I look forward to passing it off to her.  The movie version with Christian Bale is one of my faves too.  Ohh Laurie

2. Do you have any pets? If so, tell me a little about them! If not, is there a pet that you would like to have?

My dog lives with my parents.  Yellow lab named Buttercup, but more commonly known as Butters.  She is the sweetest lover of a dog, but will scare away the bad guys with her bark.  I can't wait to have one of my own!

3. What is your favorite color and why?

Blue.  No idea why.  I hated pink as a kid, still not a huge fan and find pink sports attire offensive.  I think teal was my favorite as a kid (oh the 80's/early 90's) and maybe blue evolved from that?

4. If you are not blogging, what is your favorite website you like to visit?

I'm currently addicted to twitter.  Seriously, you people are really hurting my productivity at work!  Also, espn.com, laineygossip, and eonline are equal offenders.

5. What is your favorite vacation destination or one you'd like to go to?

Favorite current destination? Tahoe, Yosemite or Boston.  I desperately want to go to Italy and Greece, hopefully in 2012!

6. Do you have any wedding planning tips for me???
 
As a professional bridesmaid, I would say to make sure it's about you and the hubs, do what YOU want!  Also, open bar, or at least beer/wine, for the guests never hurts.  Just sayin.
