I made it to 200!
Only my excitement today has little to do with Be Awesome Instead.
I'm sure you're aware of my love for sports. I don't hide this fact, but I also rarely talk about my love here other than hot athletes and TV shows like Friday Night Lights (no, I still haven't watched the finale, admitting denial is the first step, or something). I know most of you would rather read about sickly skinny celebs, or guys who refer to their cat as Puddy Tat, than the NFL Lockout.
I get that and I think I've found a solution!
Over the last monthish, I've worked with a few bloggy friends to make this new sports related idea a reality. Thanks to Ally, Aunt BT, Cathy, Fojoy, Kelly, Maegan, Shana and SurferWife there's a new blog on the block (had to get a JLo reference in somehow...over/under on next marriage, 1 year? I'm taking under).
Starting today you can now find me, and the awesome ladies mentioned above, at From the Sidelines, where Chicks tackle sports, fandom and fitness. You can also find us on Twitter HERE. Go ahead, check it out. My favorite aspect so far? The fat camera dude courtesy of Cathy!
Don't worry though, I'm not abandoning The Awesome, just expanding. There's plenty of Hamburger Alerts still to give!

OK thank god Hamburger alerts aren't leaving. But congrats on 200 and good luck with the new project. I will check it out even though my love of sports is limited to women's gymnastics, a little soccer and an occasional college basketball game.
